CATA'S NOTES

• COLOUR: The color of this Extremaduran red wine is based on the typical Cabernet ruby.
• AROMA: At first it appears somewhat closed, upon contact with oxygen, hints of fruits such as black plum or blackberries begin to be discovered, it evolves to forest notes such as memories of cedars, eucalyptus, scrubland and ending with complex notes of black pepper, cloves and licorice; recurrent aromas in HABLA wine blends.
• PALATE: Persistent and enveloping wine on the entire palate. Balanced, with good acidity and a marked freshness and with a well-integrated alcohol content.
