Trujillo, May 2023 – Bodegas HABLA presents the new single varietal from its most exclusive collection: HABLA Numbers. The wines that make up this Limited Edition are conceived as works of art and come from organic viticulture and manual grape harvesting and selection. This work of craftsmanship is combined with the use of the most advanced innovations and a constant investment in R&D&I, to surprise with a unique and unrepeatable product HABLA Nº 31 is a single-varietal Tempranillo harvest 2020 with a balanced and elegant, almost melodic character. ; hence the sobriety in the design of its packaging.

The Tempranillo wines from Bodegas HABLA inspire very special and distinctive sensations. The characteristics of a very particular terroir, the way it is made and the careful selection of the grapes make the difference, giving the wine a very interesting personality. This variety has been present in HABLA's luxury collection since its origins, with HABLA Nº2. Thanks to his extensive experience, and faithful to his deep-rooted spirit of continuous perfection, he has managed to enrich one of the most classic wines of the Spanish winery, with a much more elegant and refined personality; in line with the cosmopolitan lifestyle to which the brand has accustomed us.

SPEAK Nº31 is inspired by musical classicism, which is characterized by the clarity of textures and the search for an ideal of beauty based on the balance and symmetry of phrases. It has a distinctive and very well defined structure, reminiscent of a Beethoven Symphony; resulting in an exciting, impetuous and difficult to forget wine. This is not the first time that HABLA wines have used fine arts to develop their personality, as they are configured as ephemeral works of art or haute couture designs tailored to the character of their terroir.

SPEECH Nº 31: Tasting Notes

SPEAK Nº 31 presents a vibrant color, with an enveloping appearance and great depth. Attractive flashes of cherry tones and its delicate silkiness stands out in movement. Intense and exciting aroma. With a deep beginning and pleasant exuberance, as a prelude to the experience that is to come. Its first notes transport us to the world of red fruits, such as raspberries. The following toasted tobacco leaf accords show great complexity and a mineral character typical of granitic plots. Subtly, the wine elegantly enters the next movement of the symphony, where it elegantly expresses the imprint of its passage through the barrel, with aromas of leather and caramel. The wood is present but very well integrated, it is appreciated in a very subtle and interesting way.

In the mouth, it stands out for a velvety texture that floods it with freshness and delicacy as it passes. Pure harmony between the torrent of emotions that reflects the essence of the Tempranillo variety in its long journey.
