It is the result of a great selection work in the vineyard only possible under exceptional conditions and a completely artisanal work methodology in the winery, for maximum respect for the grape varieties and their varietal expression. Therefore, it is not a wine that is obtained every year, only when the luck of our vineyard gives us these extraordinary conditions.

ESENCIA DE HABLA is a wine in which strength, subtlety, complexity and nobility find the perfect balance, a feast for the senses that represents the best of our know-how and the most superb character of our vineyard.

CATA'S NOTES

• COLOUR: Dense red with high opacity. In the glass it presents matte tones with a high layer.
• AROMA: Esencia de Habla is a tremendously sophisticated wine rich in nuances. From a subtle expression of cashew with menthol notes reminiscent of the undergrowth, to the sumptuous nuances of coconut.
  When aerated, it develops accents of raspberry and cherry cherry that give it a very delicate balsamic character. All of this, with great balance and elegance in the expression of these nuances, which give way to each other in a kind of discovery of the complexity and stature of the wine we are dealing with.
• PALATE: Its entry into the mouth is resounding and impressive with a great density that evolves through a silky and velvety texture to give way to an elegant apotheotic finish full of freshness and that persists, leaving us with the desire to have it again in the mouth.
