HABLA Nº 32 is a wine from Tierra de Extremadura, fruit of the 2021 vintage with organic viticulture and 12 months of aging in French oak barrels. This Syrah represents in a sublime way the essence of a unique terroir and invites you to enjoy a unique sensory experience. A very peculiar climate and the characteristics of the soil make this Syrah an authentic work of art. The harvest of this particular vintage enjoyed very pleasant weather that favored smooth development of the fruit and accentuated its aromatic intensity without excess ripening.

Thanks to a complete and round maturity of the Syrah variety and the expression that the typicity of the soil gives it, HABLA Nº 32 has achieved a very accentuated personality with little aging time in the bottle. In this new edition, a greater importance of wood is also appreciated, due to the proportion of new barrels, which provides a more complex and attractive expression for the final consumer.

CATA'S NOTES

• COLOUR: Violet colors very characteristic of the Syrah variety with a high cherry background. When moving, elegant shimmers appear, trailing a creamy trail in the glass.
• AROMA: Great complexity that is recreated in the world of fruit, with hints of raspberry and peach yogurt; to enter a fragrant landscape of forest and pasture, with hints of boxwood. In its background, sensations of oak and complex notes of black pepper, incense and sweet chocolate appear. Expression of a great wine whose personality is marked by the Syrah variety.
• PALATE: Strong sensations as it passes through the mouth. Broad and delicious tannicity that envelops the palate in a delicate and elegant way. Its persistence evokes a penetrating and magnetic memory, which invites us once again to enjoy another sip. A wine full of arguments and virtues to be a great companion to the best gastronomy.
