CATA'S NOTES

• VIEW: Deep intensity marked by its maturation, with elegant textures and matte reflections that show its cherry red tone.
• AROMA: A noble expression of the Syrah variety and the identity of the estate's location. It intertwines aromas of fruits such as cherry and plum, accompanied by floral notes of lilac that leave its most exuberant fragrance. The depth is accompanied by wild notes of blackberry and sweet tones of minty chocolate. The complexity of its personality is enveloped by a toasted and balsamic character.
• PALATE: Always sweet, we're seduced by the creaminess with which it delicately passes through the mouth. An elegant, balanced, and sincere Syrah that allows us to enjoy this new edition with pleasure. Every memory we appreciate in its aroma intensifies as it progresses. A new offering that captivates from the heart of its vineyard to the last sip of the glass.
